Software built the way your company actually works.

Websites, internal systems and automation, custom-built by one team, from scope to launch.

(01) How it usually looks today

Your process is scattered across five tools and one person’s head.

A spreadsheet with five versions. Approvals by WhatsApp voice note. A SaaS that charges per seat and doesn’t do what you need. Monday’s report put together by hand. You’re not short on tools: you’re missing a system that follows your company’s rules.

01 · Before

Everyone does it their own way.

Status is free text, the total is broken and nobody knows which version counts. The process exists, but it has no owner and no rules.

02 · During

The rules start to hold.

Validation on entry, statuses with fixed states, a clear owner. What used to be a verbal agreement becomes a rule.

03 · After

One place, with history.

Role-based permissions, one-click approvals and a record of who changed what. The report comes out ready.

Feedback from people who shipped a system, a tool or a website with us.

  • Luan Leal Logo

In Web3, radical transparency isn’t optional, it’s the rule. BluePaper understood our culture and built tools that brought financial data straight into Discord. The automation took our community’s trust to another level.

  • Working with BluePaper on our crypto web game was an incredible experience. The team really understood the technical challenges and brought creative solutions to the project. Communication was always clear and collaborative; honestly, it felt like we had an in-house development team that truly cared about the project’s success.

  • Releasing several products at once always brought unexpected challenges: internal issues, suppliers and tight deadlines. After years of dealing with that uncertainty, we found in Blue a reliable partner, ready for any challenge and highly adaptable to different scenarios. Today they are an essential part of our project.

Daniel MendonçaDaniel MendonçaVP of Operations - SNACK
  • Over three years, they turned a large codebase into a high-performance system, shipping features, fixing bugs and paying down technical debt. They work well independently and only need a weekly meeting to keep everything running.

(06) FAQ

Frequently asked questions

01Do I need to understand technology?

No. You tell us how things work today and we handle the rest, including training the people who will use it.

02Is there a monthly fee?

There’s no license fee: you own the system. Maintenance after delivery is optional. Domain, hosting, servers and third-party services are paid by the client, directly.

03What if it doesn’t turn out the way I want?

The scope is agreed in writing before we start, so you know what you’ll get. At delivery, you review everything before paying the balance.

04What if I need more later?

You can grow in pieces: a new module in the system or a new automated task, each with its own scope and price.

05How does payment work?

50% when the scope is approved and 50% at delivery. Paying in full upfront gets a 5% discount.

06How long does it take?

The timeline depends on the scope and is agreed in writing before we close. It starts counting once the deposit is paid and we have the materials and access we need.

07Can I keep the data I already have?

Yes. We import the data you already have, and you can export to Excel whenever you want.

08Do you work with clients outside Brazil?

Yes. We work 100% remotely, in Portuguese or English. Prices are quoted in Brazilian reais (R$).
