About BluePaper · Volta Redonda, Brazil · since 2020
A software studio that’s small on purpose.
We build custom websites, systems and automations, with price and timeline fixed before we start. The people who diagnose the problem are the ones who build the solution, and you own the system.

How we work
Five rules we don’t bend.
Your process is the brief.
We start by understanding how your operation already works, with the tools it already uses, and design the system around that.
Fixed price and timeline before we start.
Scope in writing: what’s in, what’s out, what it costs and when it’s ready. Want more halfway through? It becomes an add-on module, priced on its own.
You own the system.
No license fees. The credentials stay with you.
One team, from diagnosis to deploy.
Design, development and integrations on the same team. Nothing handed off to third parties.
Contract and NDA from day one.
Both come with the signing.

Testimonials
People who’ve worked with us
Feedback from people who got a project off the ground with BluePaper.
In Web3, radical transparency isn’t optional, it’s the rule. BluePaper understood our culture and built tools that brought financial data straight into Discord. The automation took our community’s trust to another level.
Luan LealBrand Manager - SNACKCLUBWorking with BluePaper on our crypto web game was an incredible experience. The team really understood the technical challenges and brought creative solutions to the project. Communication was always clear and collaborative; honestly, it felt like we had an in-house development team that truly cared about the project’s success.

FAQ
What people usually ask.
01What does BluePaper do?
Custom software: websites, internal systems, automations, proprietary platforms, and ongoing work on systems that already exist.
02How much does it cost?
Entry packages have starting prices on the page: from R$ 1,200 (website on Google), from R$ 2,900 (system for 1 process) and from R$ 2,100 (automation of 1 workflow), all with 3 months of Essential maintenance. The Complete System starts at R$ 15,000. Price and timeline are fixed in the proposal.
03How does payment work?
50% upfront via Pix (Brazilian instant payment) when the scope is approved, and 50% on delivery. Pay it all upfront and get 5% off.
04Do I own the system?
Yes. There are no license fees and the credentials are yours.
05What happens after delivery?
Packages include 3 months of Essential. After that, maintenance is optional: Essential from R$ 197/month (updates and monitoring) or Advanced from R$ 390/month (everything in Essential, plus priority support and fixes within 24h on business days). For the Complete System: Essential from R$ 1,100/month, Advanced from R$ 2,800/month and Premium from R$ 5,500/month, with backups, monthly security reviews and 24/7 monitoring.
06Does maintenance include domain and hosting?
No. Domain, hosting, servers and third-party services are paid by the client, directly. The monthly fee covers the maintenance service only.
07Does maintenance include changing the system?
No. Maintenance covers security patches and version updates. Changing functionality is development, with its own scope and price. And signing up for maintenance doesn’t require hiring development.
08Do you sign a contract and NDA?
Yes. Both are sent at signing.
09Do you work outside Volta Redonda?
Yes. We work remotely, across Brazil, and have delivered for companies in the US and Singapore.
10Does BluePaper only work with games and creators?
No. Games, creators and communities are areas where we’ve already delivered. The work is the same at any company: understand the business rules and put them into a system with permissions and history.
