SNACKCLUB is a gaming-economy DAO with more than 35,000 members on Discord. Transparency about prize payouts is what keeps the community’s trust.
The problem
Keeping the community informed depended on someone updating data by hand. The payout numbers lived in the financial tracking spreadsheets.
What we built
Two bots connecting internal data to Discord:
- Treasurer Bot: reads the financial records and updates the total prizes paid out in real time.
- Analyst Bot: on-demand crypto asset prices, right in the chat.
